Shipping

Australian orders typically ship within 2 business days unless marked out of stock. Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please refer to the available shipping options when placing your order. We take no responsibility for damage that occurs during transit.

International Shipping: International orders may take 3–5 days to ship. Delivery may take 21–50 days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled with full refund if the product has not left our distribution centre. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns

Cool Down Australia accepts returns for up to 7 days from purchase date if products are unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition. Items that have been activated (placed in water) will not be refunded unless defective. For health reasons we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn. A refund for the purchase amount less 25% for shipping and restocking fees will be credited to the account responsible for payment. Please email us before returning any product — all returns require an authorisation number. No returns on Clearance items.

Exchanges

Cool Down Australia accepts cooling vest returns for size exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The original vest must be unused, unworn, and unactivated. Maximum 2 vests per order. Include a prepaid return postal bag, copy of your original invoice, and a note advising the size required. No exchanges on clearance items.

Warranty

Any product with a manufacturer defect within 60 days of purchase may be exchanged for an identical item upon inspection. Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use. No warranty on plastic packaging. If the item is no longer available, Cool Down Australia will issue a gift certificate equal to the purchase value.

Clearance Items

No returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance items. All clearance items are final sale.
