Shipping: Australian Orders shipped from the Cool Down Australia website typically ship within 2 business day, unless marked out of stock. Orders are normally shipped using Australia Post. Please refer to the available shipping options when placing your order. We take no responsibility for any damage that might occur during transit. Orders under $100 may ship Parcel Post. Orders over $100 will ship Express post.

International Shipping: International Orders may take 3-5 days to ship. Shipping may take 21-50 days with current delays.

Cool Down Australia Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty Terms and Conditions: Cool Down Australia will accept and replace or credit refunds for any products purchased from the Cool Down Australia website and /or any affiliate seller programs under the following conditions:

Cancellations: (up to 24 hours) Orders from the Cool Down Australia website can be cancelled with full refund or reimbursement credited to the account responsible for payment if the product has not left our distribution center.

Returns: (up to 7 days) Cool Down Australia will accept returns from the Cool Down Australia website for up to 7 days from the date of purchase if the products are unused, unaltered, and are shipped back in the same state or form as they were delivered. Items that have been activated ie put in water will not be refunded unless defective. For health reasons we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn. A refund for the amount of the purchase less 25% for shipping/restocking fees will be credited to the account responsible for payment. Proof of purchase will need to be established by providing the order number. Please email us before returning your product. All orders need a return authorization number. No returns on Clearance items.

Exchange for a different size: (up to 7 days) Cool Down Australia will accept cooling vest returns from the Cool Down Australia website for up to 7 days from the date of purchase, to allow customers to exchange for a different size. This excludes any special orders and a maximum exchange of 2 cooling vests per order. To arrange an exchange please email us to ensure the new size is available. The original cooling vest must be returned in the identical condition that it was received in, it must not have been used, worn or activated in water. You must also include a prepaid and addressed postal bag, a copy of your original invoice and a note advising of the change in sizes required. Once we receive the original order we will send back the new size of cooling vest in the postal bag provided. No exchanges on clearance items.

Product Warranty: (up to 60 days) Upon inspection by Cool Down Australia, any product that bears a manufacturer defect (within 60 days of purchase) which alters the use of the product or its efficiency may be exchanged for an identical item. Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of our products. No warranty provided on the plastic bag used to ship the cooling vest. If the item is no longer in stock or available, Cool Down Australia will exchange the item for a gift certificate equal to the value of purchase.
 

Clearance Items: No return, refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items. All clearance items are final sale.
